Hey, my name is Daniel Proctor and for the past 9 years I’ve been building online brands remotely in the affiliate space. BUT my story started at very humble beginnings, I tried everything online MLM’s, Drop-shipping, Amazon FBA and while some of them do work, they don’t give you the freedom that affiliate marketing does.
Being able to travel the world and spend time with family at a moment’s notice has made it possible for me to visit 47 countries and live in various places for months at a time and I couldn’t be more grateful. In 2023 I decided to build the mentorship program to share the most practical affiliate marketing guides and real 1 on 1 support available.
Too many so called Guru’s are selling the lifestyle and not the reality and unfortunately it makes it hard for beginners to actually achieve results because the systems they teach are out dated and often come with no support. How I Got Into Affiliate Marketing
I always loved anything online, games especially, and I spent a lot of time on them. My dad was my true influence though — he didn’t play games but he was a businessman with the gift of the gab as they say in the UK, or the art of the deal. He taught me sales from a young age, door-knocking and cold calling, which was — and still is — one of the toughest but most rewarding skills to master.
By the time I left home I was wanting to make money for myself. I immediately started my own little businesses — first phone repairs, then selling online dropshipping, then an agency. They all got results but nothing much. After a few years, and while I was studying Aircraft Engineering, I spent late nights researching and stumbled across affiliate marketing. It’s safe to say that the combination of sales skills and digital marketing experience made this a winning combo, which is what led me to build one of the largest student organisations in Australia, known as Student Wow Deals.
